SIMBADA (Goods Regional Information Systems management) is one of the e-government software based on web. This software was developed to be a solution for users of the goods in the area of management of goods in a professional manner and in accordance with the applicable standards in Indonesia (Permendagri No. 17 of 2007 and the Freedom of Information Act) SIMBADA developed by the Gunadarma University in the cooperation between the Provincial DPKA Aceh and UNDP (Unitied Development Program) in 2012.

SIMBADA development is based on some rules that apply in Indonesia, namely:

Permendagri Regulation No. 17 of 2007 is the basis for any item holder / user of goods in the region. Therefore SIMBADA made with attention to detail of each item as well as existing business processes in the regulation.

MenPAN Circular No. SE / 01 / M-PAN / 3/2009. In the development of infrastructure and architecture SIMBADA refers to existing regulations regarding the use of legal software. To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SIMBADA, SIMBADA then applied in the Linux platform (Open Source) which has proven reliability in the world today.

Law No. 14 of 2006 Simbada made based on ease of deployment of web based information available today.
